President Xi Jinping affirmed his "commitment to the goal of a stable, healthy and sustainable China-US relationship" as he met US national security advisor Jake Sullivan at the end of his three-day visit to the Asian nation. Sullivan said the US is "committed to maintaining the high-level diplomacy." (Xi's comments have been dubbed into English.)

- release all arbitrarily detained American citizens,
- talk with Taiwan president Lai on an equal basis,
- open independently a study into Wuhan pandemic,
- stop atrocity of Tibetans and Uyghurs,
- obey the Hague Tribunal 2016's decision on the SCS,
- stop unfair treatment of American companies operating in China,
- leave American intellectual properties alone and
*- stop economic coercive practices against smaller nations.*
