Ex-college baseball player, Michael O'Donnell, trained his dog, Ripken, to retrieve bats. The black lab is now bat dog for the Durham Bulls in NC.

🙄🙄🙄 this is what happens if you do not preserve the working dog and its breeds. Whenever a dog designed to do what a dog designed to does it blows your mind.
Working dogs are all over.
Some are diabetic signal dogs.
Some are seeing eye dogs.
Some are hunting dogs. That eliminate vermin hogs, foxes, roos and boars.
Some are service dogs for emotional support.
Some are protection dogs.
Some are military and police dogs.
Some are disability support dogs.
Some are scent detection and narcotics dogs.
Some are environmental conservation specialists who help with conversation.
Some herd sheep and cattle.
The point is. You pet people have ruined the pure bred dog community with your ignorance and lack of preservation.
Soon because of show breeders even this type of behaviour will be extinct.
