I deleted TikTok about a year ago because everything felt so trend driven and exhausting; it can really make you lose sight of who you really are. totally get the trend thing! i think it was roughly covid time i stopped trying to keep up with the trends. i wear clothes that i like, idc if its out dated or not on trend, it makes me happy and thats all that matters! my mental health has improved after doing this, and it makes me happy!
