Sun halo seen at some places in Singapore

An optical phenomenon quite literally found its moment in the sun on Sep 22 afternoon. It is known as a sun halo, which the weatherman said is "not a common sight in Singapore". It could be seen for about 20 minutes at some places.

Agree Fully with 1 CHINA POLICY. This policy slogan must be raised by ROC, and under this slogan they should declare single unified democratic election under the eyes of UN. A Similar resolution must be passed in UN. At the same time UN should declare CCP or any group that obstruct such democratic election as a terrorist organisation. Additionally UN should accept ROC as an official government in exile of China.
