Why Career Mode Will Never Be Realistic

The Realism in Fifa 23's career mode is something we are going to tackle today. As we know, there are a couple of football games that try to create an as much realistic player or manager career mode game. Fifa (soon to be ea sports fc) is known to be one of the games that does try to do this as realistic as they can. But they obviously also try to leave out many of the negative things that happen in real life. The reason for this is simply because most games would turn from a PEGI 3 to probably a 16 and older.
Now, what if we COULD see some of those things in game? So how realistic can we get?
