This is actually the transition for his theme to reloop back to the start without the need for intro to the song. It's quite a bizarre transition to choose but they chose it.

Just to close the confusion, this is roman's exit theme. The bass edits. The cymbals. And everything is different. the reason this played was because roman took too long with his entrance, when it transitioned to commercial, knowing that his NORMAL entrance wasn't extended that much, so they had to play his exit theme to keep the entrance going.

I think I’ve figured it out. It’s the base as many people have said on his new theme. They probably had the sample of the old theme at the end of the timeline when they made the song, so when they had it loop? It mistakenly gets played.
