The clearing of ancestral things was/is crazy haha I had a lot releasing in my dreams of my grandfathers trauma he had gone through during war. This was so true for me. Last night I had a dream
about going to my mother and being able to authentically express myself about things that happened in my childhood where my voice was taken away. Then I learned to suppress my authentic needs and creativity and people pleased to survive. Also I expressed anger and truth about unequal expectations placed on me as the girl, compared to the way my stepbrother and males were treated. This felt like taking off a cage I’ve been in since I was 9 years old. It was more about finding my real self again and being embodied, where I used to wear a mask. Then I saw this this morning.
