What I missed in this update:

~ Definitely a bit more history, I finished it in less than 15 minutes
~ +1 Boss or Mini-Boss
~ I even understand that there will always be bugs, but this time it went over the limits, 100 testers for what?
~ +1 more island (probably the island that would have the new boss)
~ New things to do, I'll literally have to go back to farming akursius keep treasure chart all day to get the best items, what a good game

yes, the game dropped by 10k player in 2 DAYS and came with so many bugs that made me lose 3 sunken swords.

Im conflicted. I was really hyped about nimbus Sea update, on twitter they really hyped it up, so i was really excited to play. I think that's what caused this update to be so horrible for me. They did not make it seem like this update would be so small. That, combined with my weapons being lost on a warrior, made it so bad for me. But ik vetex is one man, and game dev is hard. He's been working on this update for so long now just for it to end up like this gotta be devastating.

First of all, not everybody’s weapons got wiped. Mine didn’t get wiped, and none of my friend’s weapons got wiped either. Second, the update is only *part 1*, hence why the story is so short. More islands, story and boss fights will be added later on. Also, the Captain Maria fight may not have had as much story/lore/buildup to it, but just like Iris, it’s meant to be somewhat unexpected. The fight also introduced a new move (water tentacles) that hadn’t been seen before in any other part of the game. This introduced the possibility of new magic spells, and maybe even unique abilities for each magic type.

Everybody needs to chill about their weapons like I know you worked hard for it but. Vetex is a one man developer that literally updates and made this whole game himself he has to work on everything all for us players to complain about it.

Maybe next time people would not play AO for a day whenever vetex publishes a new update either they take it as a lesson or get fucked by another gamebreaking bug
