Alot of us aren’t in money preservation mode, we’re on the exchanges trying to get limit orders etcand maybe some cryptos like shiba etc… when u first told this story I thought y were gonna say banks not exchanges. I guess for those with nothing to lose we’ll have to risk the exchanges

It could simply mean that the banks are working on implementing crypto and that people can themselves get crypto through their banks on their own and that they will thereby have to destroy the competition by doing a controlled demolition of the exchanges.
