what an entertaining set, serious tuneage refreshing to see someone absolutely laying it down

Part of this guy's success is that he gets the old-school vibe without playing too many old records because he knows (i guess cause he's a producer) that the old choons don't have the production quality to stay with the new ones. When you mix new and old too much, it sucks the life out of the set with the energy all over the place, whereas with this guy, every track sounds good, and that keeps the crowd with him.
