Ninja Creami for Christmas! | Dairy Free Keto Ice Cream - Vanilla Chocolate Chip| Macros

Did anyone else get a Ninja Creami for Christmas?! So far I have made dairy free Vanilla Chocolate Chip, dairy free Coffee, Egg fast ice cream (video coming) and several Keto Chow flavors (all good!)

Diary free vanilla chocolate chip:
14 oz unsweetened coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 c powdered allulose or bocha sweet
23 g Lily's dark chocolate chips (add as mix in on the mix in cycle)

For the coffee ice cream: Use same as above except dissolve 1 tbsp Nescafe instant coffee in 2 tbsp water and add to rest of ingredients.

I have been looking at possibly purchasing a Ninja Creami! After watching your video, I think I am going to put the Creami on my Wish List. I can't wait to try your dairy-free ice cream recipe. I love my Creami. My go-to recipe is 1/4 cup allulose, 1/4 cup cream, one pouch of Keto chow and 1/4 teaspoon of tara gum. I use Cataline Crunch cereal and cookies for add-ins. Pistachio KC with salted pistachios for add-ins is my husband's favorite. I didn't have ice cream for years, now I have it a couple of times a week.

I have a Ninja Creami also. I'm very happy you got one so I can benefit from the recipes I know you'll be creating! The machine is noisy, but that's the power to cut through a hard block of frozen liquid. I also heard the way this works compared to a drill press, which seems pretty accurate to me. All things considered, I love this machine and I think you will too!

I've respun my half-full containers of Keto Chow ice cream and it works beautifully. I'll have to try my non-Keto Chow versions.

I do 2 spins on lite ice cream. Comes out perfectly. I have only used keto chow, but will try this. Love adding a mix-in.

♡ Jack Russels have not only white hair but it's surprisingly wiry! I have to use tweezers to get it off!! And I wear a lot of black! Thanks for turning down the sound, the Creami is a LOUD machine! I absolutely love mine!

I have an older icecream maker and I made the coconut, mint chip for myself for Christmas, as they were eating their desserts, and it was delicious. Plus my Vegan family members enjoyed the non chip mint ice cream and loved it too.

my freezer freezes so hard i have to let it sit out for 1/2 hour. i do refreeze 1/2 containers easily. i level off the top in the container and freeze. if it respins crumbly i add 1 or 2 tablespoons of liquid, cream, almond milk whatever and respin. no waste.
