In spite of George Springer's home run yesterday looking at his past month and I know we Pam 25 million a year. If we can't work him into a trade with possibly another player and have the other team pick up some of his salary we should just DFA him take our losses and get players in there that can play.

What they need to do is ask Bichette, Vlad and other pending free agents if they will sign a new contract. If the answer is no then you trade them. They need to maximize their return on trades.
