Hey all! It's been too long, I know, but we're back with our latest collab, "Fireflies!"

This was so wonderful to watch, it reminded me of the feelings I had when I first heard Fireflies and discovered my love for the dreamy sort of music Owl City introduced me to, as well as that feeling I had when I came across the show and began to marathon it for the first time in the middle of the night~

Good memories: little me catching "lightnin bugs" and mum letting me keep them overnight. But we always made sure to let them go in the morning.

Fireflies is almost a sacred song to me for being so magical and unique back when I first heard it all those years ago as I'm sure all you guys feel the same.
And I was a little worried this video won't live up to the original.
I'm glad I was proven wrong :3
You guys are just the best~

Woo! It's done! Damn, for the longest time I've wanted to be a part of The Collaboratory, it was why I started making PMVs! And now I'm in Fireflies here, and seeing it on YouTube now, really just is amazing! Thanks a lot to Dex for bringing me in and absolutely everyone else in TC for welcoming me! so well! Loved working on this, and I can't wait to start on our next project, no doubt it'll be awesome!~

I love this video. As others have said, it's really taken me back to those early days when I first watched MLP nearly 6 years ago. The focus on Fluttershy, and the innocence she conveys, tugs at my heartstings. It's things like this that remind me why I love the show, and why the fandom is still great.

Thank you, artists of The Collaboratory, for delivering to us this wonderful PMV. If it worked on mobile, I don't think I'd ever stop watching it.

prior to watching this full video, i didn't know the name of this song, i just saw collaboratory made a new PMV. and as the start played, i heard this song in the back of my head.

That was so, so beautiful. Though this song focus on Fluttershy. Good work team!

Beautiful! The custom animations and sounds (for ex. at the start) add to the already awesome song. The typography also plays perfectly alongside the tone of the music.
My personal favourite part was at 1:00. Somehow perfect synchronisation of music and the transition to the next part is just on spot.
Seriously great job. This may be one of my favourite PMVs.

Oh my gosh, this was so beautiful! I can't even... You totally conveyed what it feels like to be surrounded by hundreds of fireflies. I've got tears :D
