How to make Tassels || woolen tassels

Here is help for the one who can't understand this---- take a card board piece or you can even use your four circle or turn it on it for as much as times you it's thick....then tie a not with another piece of wool on the top....then cut the below side circles wool....and then equal it all....after that take a stick or crochet (if you have) and tie a not of another wool piece onto it, then insert it in the upper circled wool and then tie it all and cut the leftovers....
