East Penn Railroad, Running to Kinsley

Starting off with York Rail switching Lincoln Yard, the MPA crew brings the finalized train to Norfolk Southern's Windsor Street Yard in York. Near the front is some steel loads on a bulkhead, which are later dug out by the East Penn Railroad's GP9 1701. This is added to the coil steel cars and taken to East York, where they are spotted into the corresponding industries.
