(Terminal) For Windows it is "Package Manager Console" should be PM>npm install gulp-cli --global.

By the way install Node.js and add C:\Program Files\nodejs\ into "User Environment" 1:Open the System Properties window (Start-->Settings-->Control Panel-->Performance and Maintenance-->System). 2.Select the Advanced tab. 3.Click on the Environment Variables button. 4.Click New button under the "User variables" 5.add "Path" and ";C:\Program Files\nodejs\"
