Dude I heard this album tripping balls before it was even released in December '92...it was life altering literally...I saw them destroy with Pantera at lakewood amphitheater '94 and my life was permanently changed...my centipede tat speaks of the devotion...I still believe they're music is a spiritual doorway when one allows the third eye to breathe

This album gave a wake up call to be patriotic and incorporate My Country's culture into My music. Because according to the Cavalera brothers, when they're young they hated the traditional Brazilian drumming that they're parents are listening to. So they added it to their music and it worked.
