Thanks for the review/demo. I picked one up a brand new, and free, from a local "buy nothing" page that had no box or instructions. Watching this was easier than finding instructions.
I ended up draping the cord around my neck 😮 and being Australian, I did wear thongs, but it worked a treat, grout and all, in my kitchen and butlers pantry.
The cats and dogs seemed impressed watching. Hopefully the kids will be keen to use it too😂

Thank you for your thorough review and demo. I, too, have kitties and try not to use harsh chemicals. So, I'm looking forward to using this steam mop with only water. Mine doesn’t work i just heard the noise that tells me it’s on but no steam comes out!

I like mine, but the cord is too short, so I'm constantly unplugging to do each room which is annoying.

Mine stopped steaming. I’ve only had it 2 months. Has anyone had this issue?
