Amen. I was taught this as a paramedic but am amazed how many medical professionals leave patients with it on for days!

The hospitals we do clinicals out wean patients off the oxygen as quick as possible. It’s nice to see.

No nclex says, positioning first before putting o2. Always uninvasive first before anything invasive
