I'm 47 and have been dying to hear this music again. The memories come over me like a flood. All these emotions that I haven't felt in awhile. I swear I smell my aqua net hair spray. If ypu didn't grow up with this music then you couldn't understand. Teens and young adults have know idea what they missed out on. They think their better bc of all the technology they have BUT we didn't have to deal with all the violence and hate. I truly believe in the late 80s and early 90s we didn't see color, or social status when we were out on that dance floor. We were able to truly enjoy the moment. These kids are to worried about what's coming across that screen that is literally glued to their hands. I'm so grateful. ❤

HOLY CRAP.... I am vacation name and Florida listening to this mix. At a red light I had several people stop poke their heads either out of the window or completely out of the car to ask what am I playing. I was a little nervous to begin with I thought crap I am in trouble. I told them where I could find it on YouTube then they said you have a wonderful day as everyone moved on. I was very happy. I'm black but my block in Paterson, NJ was black and Puerto rock...man I remember my neighbors every Saturday morning (especially in the summer) banging the freestyle joint like lil Suzy and Stevie B (Spring Love) the windows would rattle!
