I would just like to really thank pat and Jen for everything, For the past few years I have suffered from depression and social anxiety they have meant that I have struggled to get back up on my feet when I fall and that I can not see the light at the end of the tunnel. However all of the videos that you guys have made really helped me and I am currently taking less and less anti depressants and I am slowly but surely getting better I am sure that the videos that you guys put out here are one of the reasons that I have made so much progress with containing and managing my mental health. If I ever have a bad day I’d do not want to get out of bed in the morning you guys help. I live in the UK so I assume that I will never get to meet you and I struggle to comment early on the videos I try my hardest but it doesn’t really work it is currently 2.09 in the morning here. Anyway thank you pat and ken for helping me and so many others xxx
