what is the use of include or append either we can add columns directly into the tables were needed. need little clarity. sir

Hello sir,

If structure doesn't store values/ Store value temporarily, then how are we to able to add value in sm30 ? And after adding the values i checked header table in se16n and these structure fields are having values.... Table data is permanent right unlike structure data then why is that the structure fields are having value in the table level ?

SO ALL THE PROGRAMS CREATED BASED ON THAT TABLE WILL GET AFFECTED SO CANT INCLUDE IN SAP TABLE BUT IF WE USE INCLUDE STR IN OUR Z TABLE IT S NOT A PROBLEM WILL THAT STURECTURE NOT GET VIOLETED AND CREATED PROBLEM IN PROGRAMS BASED ON THAT OUR Z TABLES?

What happens if add other fields to a custom table that already has append structure at the end? Does the already existing append structure automatically move to the end of table(i.e, after my newly inserted fields)?

In case of Sap table is the Table maintenance generator needs to be regenerated after add a append structure or add a field to a already present append structure ???

Hello Sir, I followed the same steps to create order header table with include and append structures, I also generated new TMG after deleting existing TMG and I am able to maintain data and display data using SM30. But if I try to display table data by clicking on the table contents icon from inside the table it is giving me error - "Dynpro: DDIC structure ZORDH_28 was modified during the run". I am not able to display data or maintain data using SE11 or SE16, What's causing this issue and how can we resolve it
