I don’t hear any confidence in Coach’s voice. I realize that it can be common place to over compliment your opponent, it can become disingenuous.

I also really don’t like “if we do ___, then ____” and putting the responsibility to win or lose on the players effort.

Finally, the “I think ….” “I think we have good leaders”.

It translates to I think I did my job. I think our kids our kids might play well.

Maybe consider dropping in “We are prepared”. Complimenting or acknowledging our players that are excelling once or twice

Finally no more ad lib jokes, they bombed.
