it was me, i faced the same situation. Then I realized that a big part of any language is spoken using a limited set of words and phrases. I learnt those frequently used words and phrases. For this, I started watching a lot of English TV series, news stories and reading books and newspaper on daily basis. I started gaining confidence.
After all this, I was fairly comfortable with English. now, I am able to have a proper conversation in English. Initially, I failed at some instances but that is a part of any learning curve right.
improve your vocabulary. I believe there is no shortcut to it. I have been reading English news paper for the same and my books reading hobby helped me alot..
During the whole process, it's important to stay positive. Always remember that it's okay to be bad at a language that you have never spoken. There is nothing wrong with it. I am not saying that my English is perfect. Probably there are some mistakes in this answer itself. But with my current level, I can have a comfortable conversation.

This was exactly the case with me for years. I could read and write, but speaking was a distant dream. But with time and efforts, things changed for me. I am not fluent even today, but I've improved a ton. And you've been a big inspiration, for sure.

Adjectly i have a same problem that u have mentioned in the title. I can read & write english properly but i cannot speak fluently that is the main problem happening with me. When i started to speak i get confused or the proper word doesn't come to my mind. To speak good english we should have to good vocabulary also. But when i tried to speak at that time the proper vocabulary could not able to come in my mind which i can speak english easily without pause. And after finishing the conversation i am correcting myself that i could have use this word to these sentences. Another important thing is that we have to think in english but we are doing adjectly opposite of that we are thinking in our mother tongue and translating in english that's the main reason for this problem. And by the way your voice is as much as beautiful as you are, you are a humble person too. I hope you will read all the comment and help me to speak english fluently as you are speaking. And lastly i am sorry if there is anything written wrong in the comment. Thank you.😍
