I don't believe it. I still have your cave door in my current survival world. Two of them actually (double sided). Even after I changed the facade of my base to a gothic cathedral I couldn't bring myself to change that door. I spent a few of hours trying to find the perfect position door for my needs because I had no idea what I was looking for and when I found it I had so much trouble getting it done because it was so compact. God forbid it brakes in some future update.
