Here is a short clip (I got in to the circle late) from Custom T's Battle on the Hill at Capitol Raceway. No real stips made, just cash changing hands and setting up side bets. The race is between the Blue Nova from MD and the Bud Lite Coupe out of New York. All motor, heads up.
