If I could live to learn 15% of Cornette’s wrestling knowledge, I’d have a 166 2/3% chance of being happy. Cornette is literally an encyclopedia of wrestling and nobody can possess the amount of knowledge he has. Love ya Corny.

"Thank you, fuck you, and bye bye" has got to be the best send off I've ever heard 😂😂

Kurt Angle (considering ALL eras of Wrestling) lands a spot in my eyes. I dont know what it is, but HE was always my GOAT. His intensity, legitimacy in amateur wrestling, the dude just knew what he was doing. If were talking late 90's to mid 2000's, no one comes close to the Gold Medalist. Glad Jim gave him a mention here

William Regal, when given time, was a PHENOMENAL technical wrestler. A lot of his matches in WCW/WWF/WWE were short though. He had some good ones with Benoit and one with Cesaro.

Dean Malenko always glued me to the TV when he came on in WCW. Never really more than a mid-card guy, but he was so, so good.

Bret Hart not being mentioned is incomprehensible.

When I hear names like Angle, Benoit, and Malenko I immediately think wrestling technicians 💯

I think Danielson deserves a shout too. Especially in an era where wrestlers like him are so rare. His work in rn is one of the best (and only) flawless things anywhere in wrestling today.

Speaking from my time as a wrestling fan in the 80s and 90s my picks would be:

- Bret Hart
- Dynamite Kid
- Chris Benoit
- Dean Malenko

I'm glad he mentioned Angle. His goofball character was so good that you'd forget that he could stretch you into a balloon animal. It also sucks that they don't do this kind of wrestling anymore. It's why I only tune into Sorry, Premium live events.

I always enjoyed Al Perez's style in world class and nwa. I used to practice his moves everyday on my friends and sister.

Love seeing jim, not just hearing him

Jim realizes that just 4, it's nearly impossible. This from a guy who's forgotten more wrestling history than I'll ever know if I started today and learned a new fact everyday till I died.

Wish Cornette was like this more these days he sounds so relaxed and not much of a gimmick of "old man yells at cloud" "modern wrestling is bad" he provided a great history in pro wrestling and I appreciate that version of Jim Cornette

I'd tell jim all of the darkest and deepest secrets of my life and ask him to bury me on a promo...what a legend.
