thanks, this was very helpful. I wanted to ask tho, the references you used that were cited by another author, do you add those int the bibliography too or do you leave them under the main author so that one would find them when they read the source from which you got them.

Thanks for your help! I am an engineer who decided to do a law module and I have an essay I need to submit by Wednesday. I have a few questions I would like to ask. Where would lecture notes go in the bibliography section (i.e.case, statutes, journal articles, etc.). Also, I have found a report published by the scottish council of law. Where would that go; I am not sure if it would go under the government publications or journal articles, as I not sure if the scottish council of law is part of the government or not. Lastly, I have obtained some useful information from a website which has example law essays. Which section should I put this reference in my bibliography section? This is my first time doing law and we have had no lessons on how to reference, that is why I am confused.

Very nice, thanks. What's the difference between Ibid and Supra? Can you use both in the footnotes of your essay? Thanks

Hi, thank you so much for this video it has helped me so much. One of my friends challenged me and told me that OSCOLA uses 'Ibid' instead of 'Supra'. What should I use? Thanks again!
