Bob has a ton of knowledge and he’s just scratching the surface on his bag of tricks and tips. I need to go to Bobs house for a weekend and record a whole series.

The camera seems really close, but this is a landscape crop from a vertical video. It was intended for short form but Bob kept going.

Thanks to your videos I finally figured out how to apply back pressure into practice, and also ive adopted your style of armwresling. And for some reason I now can feel this full frame muscle conection during movements on the table. Thank you very much for yout wisdom good sir. And keep up the Good Work.💪

The back of my hand hurts when I do the same move that Bob says hurts his wrist, which is why I favour hooking rather than toproll. Trouble is, most people seem to toproll these days, so it's really hard to set the hook. That's what I need to work on – being strong enough to ALWAYS force the hook.

If you feel any pain with high hand toproll but you want to stick to toprolling, you could try low/very low hand toproll. it doesn't put nearly as much pressure on the wrist as the high variant, of course if you are already injured from it, doing what bob say here makes a lot of sense.
