You need to take stock of all your fridge, freezers, and cupboards. Then wash out everything.
Make a list using the food group guides.

What you have in each cupard. If good, keep.
Write down each Food Group.
Start using up half open bags of mixed fruits, veggies, before they go bad.
Use milk fresh. Don’t wait for the last day on package
Throw out anything expired.
Do a certain day( a day that is convenient for you).
Never shop when hungry. You won’t have enough appetite to eat supper.
Look at flyers on line, or coupons.

Yup, the math was mathing 😂😂 I do exactly that, divide the total by the amount of weeks, it’s a great way to meet our goals!! 💜🌻

I have a keurig and I love it. The kcups (Walmart) brand are not too expensive 😅. And I also have a Nespresso machine …. Now those pods are too darn expensive that I end up asking for them for gifts. For my birthday, Christmas, Valentine’s Day etc. 😅
Great cash stuffing. 💖🫶🏻

We are bad about always doing a weekly grocery shop too. We could probably make meals off of what's in our freezer for a month, it just at some point would get repetitive. We will end up needing 1 or 2 things and then we find good deals that we end up buying haha
My husband didn't drink a lot of coffee but he had French press coffee at a friend's and we bought a French press instead and then we just buy coffee beans or ground coffee to use in it. He LOVES it!

Graham Stephan’s talks about saving money making coffee at home on his channel. He has a whole video on it 😂 But anyways he uses his coffee maker to make iced coffee. Just thought it may give you another idea

Haha yes girl!! I do that too with my food. I think it comes from my childhood though cause we struggled with food. But I’d rather have more than not enough 🤣

If you live on your own a coffee pot with 12 cups might be a waste. A kettle for instant is fine or you could also buy a mini 2 person kettle to make coffee for you and your friends. Sometimes coffee pots have an alarm you could set for morning when you wake up.

It’s so true about what you say about the grocery store. I stopped shopping every week and just pop in to the store every night for stuff I need that evening or next day. It’s on my way home and I live in the city so it’s convenient. I also live in Texas In the Dallas-Fort Worth area. What part of Texas are you in?

Good morning ... The Keurig ... Wait until Black Friday. The going price for the single serve Keurig is ~$89 depending on the color ... This will drop to ~$59-69 on Black Friday ... Which is when I have always bought mine. However, the thing to know -full disclaimer -I have & use one, the cost of pods make drinking coffee expensive. You could get one of the little containers to make your own pod, but then you might as well just buy a single cup drip or a Melitta cone filter, like I did, back before it became hip to do so (circa 1980s); I still keep one on hand for emergencies. Good luck; oh, and I'm enjoying your cash stuffing ... And yes, you did put two $20 in Candy's envelope. XoXo

Girl, ask for the coffee maker for Christmas, it’s right around the corner! lol

When we grocery shop it's stuff we are running low on. We keep a supply of stuff and replenish mostly fresh stuff on our weekly trip and once a month do an overall check. This way we aren't purchasing a bunch of stuff we don't use and just in case something happens we aren't worried about groceries.

“And was not having it” 😆. Oh wow, we’re just at the end of august, and youre in the 600s for Christmas already 😲🙌🏾. I freaking love instant coffee. My mom got me into it, and now is too bougie to drink it lol. Folgers is the best (imo lol). Great stuffing sis 💜
