EVEN ON HIGH END PC I STILL SEE SO MUCH MICRO STUTTER LOL, TBH THIS GAME HAVE TERRIBLE OPTIMIZATION.

On a high-Hz monitor with free sync or g sync technology, disable vertical technology. FPS will be stable and there will be smoothness instead of freezes

Have you tried unlock 120 fps? I am using r5 5600x + 7800x combo. My cpu is max tdp while gpu only 70% utilized. Idk if this is cpu bottleneck.
