Actually, jokes aside, there is an actual answer to what CaseOh said at 1:56. If a sumo wrestler were to attempt a match with someone of a much lower weight class, and then fell on that person's chest, the impact could be enough to break a rib. It wouldn't even need to be from like a table-high distance, it could just be like a standing fall. That's why weight class is so important in matches like that, because if an accident like that were to happen, and the opponent was too small, there could be some serious damage that could possibly lead to death. Death would be unlikely, but not by any means impossible.

This is not another CaseOh weight joke, this is a serious fact. Weight classes in any sort of martial art are extremely serious for this very reason.
