I believe that you and I had a conversation akin to what I'm about to say, a couple of years ago. I have multiple Kansept knives. Kansept has a tendency to make some, let's say, curious choices on design and execution from time to time. BUT. . . When they nail/execute a design to the level they are capable of, they are second to none in their price point. Their machining and fit/finish is up there with knives in much higher price ranges.
Haven't talked to you in a while. Hope you and Mrs. SW are doing well. I still need to get a couple of edc fixies put together and sent out to you sometime. My garage is just a disaster area at the moment and the weather is not cooperating so I can get out and clean it up. Stay Safe, Dub!
