This is easy to accomplish if you and your bandmates establish a good relationship as friends firsthand. That way in case your band career doesn't really go off, at least you have a set of friends still intact. Do things outside of music where you can bond together: Watch gigs of other bands, play video games, drink together, or just plain hanging out.

One of the biggest things i watch for in any band is the chemistry, the next is being humble. If that entertainer is mayabang, I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THAT BAND. That is the biggest turn off. I think you guys are super humble, especially you Kuya Paco 🤘😀. Ingat and keep on Rocking 🤘

i ask my bandmates t0 give their 5yrs.fulltime and they disagree bec.they want t0 d0 their regular band.
i t0ld them eheads, intr0v0ys and 0ther bands make their way bec.they f0cus.
if n0thing happens in 5yrs.lets have 0ur path.

Nice Vlog!! I learned a lot, especially that me, my fellow church choir instrumentalists, & our female wedding singer are planning on forming a band. Although acoustic set-up lang naman. I hope that we will able to follow the factors that you mentioned. Respect & friendship among band members are important.
