I would never have worked out how to do the shoe stitching on my own. Even your tip on using a ruler to stop the paste stretching when applying the stitch tool is useful. I’m a chef and pastry chef. Been doing cakes for years. However I’m old school and just use buttercream. I don’t do a whole lot with fondant. But just like most everyone else I thought it was actually a sneaker and basketball. Fantastically done.
