Life changing events have transpired in the past 3 weeks beyond my control.. but the past 2 weeks listening to these every night has helped me to become more positive and I'm slowly beginning to believe in myself again. Through my subconscious I am starting to feel capable of reaching my best self in this world! 🙏

I used to be so powerful, capable and able and never let anything stand in my way I used to be able to get through anything with such a strong mindset no matter what life threw at me. Saying goodbye to the former me I created through trauma response has been incredibly difficult. She was incredibly strong and I’m so grateful for her. Finding it hard not to slip back into the same patterns and become strong by rebuilding myself through positive affirmations and reprogramming myself to respond differently to allow the process to flow instead.
I AM no longer in survival mode 🙌🏾
