More Tactics Ogre Games In The Future?

Lets hope we see more of this franchise instead of 1 game every 10 to 15 years

Apparently Matsuno has been talking about doing another game, but mentioned he found it difficult to approach a Knight of Lodis, OB64, or PoZ. Soooo....March? Ogre 8 finally?
I'd say they're probably sticking to the same set style. Look at Crimson Shroud, Vagrant Story, Ogre...it's their look, I'm sure that's what it'll look like. Oh man, MOTBQ but played out like Crimson Shroud's DnD map situation would be way more legit than it sounds 😂

I would love for the Ogre battle games to get remastered. Given they release a tactics game once a decade, I doubt we will see a new one anytime soon but with SE habit of remastering old games I could see an Ogre battle remaster for both the original and 64 be on the table.

I want it all lol, would love to see remakes of ogre battle, FFT, vandal hearts and cronotrigger. A new game expanding tactics ogre would be cool too. Hopefully this game did well enough to keep others coming. Until then tactics ogre reborn will keep me occupied.

I think the series was always supposed to end the installment after this one (presumably with the actual "Ogre Battle" event actually taking place instead of just being hinted at), and Tactics Ogre ends in a cliffhanger, so it would be good of them to finish what they started.

Personally, I don't care much for Ogre Battle 64 being remade, since it's not written by Matsuno and he's the primary factor that makes these games as beautiful as they are.

Would love to see a tactics ogre reborn sequel, focusing on someone else as the main character with Nybeth as a returning villain. Wouldn't be opposed to Lindl, folcurt or Voltare as main characters as they're a bit of blank slates/unexplored and young enough to build a story 10 years or so in the future. Rudlum returning as a villain this time would be interesting. some older characters and Denam shouldn't return. Set in another part of the world would be nice.

There should be a game that continue the story.. the Dark Knights fled.. and Harborym and Denim give chase in the OG in the PS1 version and there was no news after that.

Would love to see ogre battle 64 redone. It's style is super fun. Different kind of tactics. But I do ultimately want new stuff with familiar settings

I just want FF Tactics WotL remake. I never played it and dont want to play on my phone. Everyone talks about how great it is though i want to try it.

I think Denam's had his time as the protagonist,
if anything, maybe a reprisal in another game would be cool, but I don't think he should be recruitable.
