CPS SAUNDRA HINES No telephone contact per DSS and against Judge's order

Cheyenne was moved yesterday- May 19 2014 due to Chey's demands to move her from the abusive emotional "Foster Care Provider" that has emotionally injured my daughter.Hines and CPS now say the Judge's order for phone contact that I just got is no good and Chey and I can't talk on the phone because she needs to "get used" to the NEW "placement"!
