Guys, in order to successfully downgrade, pls confirm as below:
2. After enrolling in Apple Developer, log in your Apple ID in settings, then make sure to enable Developer Mode in Settings > Privacy&Security

Unfortunately this did not help. My phone just restarts after clicking on the install button as seen in this video but post restarting, it’s still on IOS17
