NDA stands for (National Defiance Academy) is the join service Academy. There are three types of service in NDA i.e.
The Indian Army Academy, Indian Navy Academy, Air Forces Academy training together before they go on to pre-commissioning training in the respective Academy.

Candidates finally selected for training at the Academy will be required to deposit the the following amount with the Commandant, National Defence Academy, on their arrival there:-

(a) Pocket allowance for five months
(b) For items of clothing and equipment
(c) Army Group Insurance Fund
(d) Incidental Expenditure during
