Czech Energy Team – Building Fair Brno 2019 GB

Показать описание
The prestigious Brno International Building Trade Fair 2019 took place at the Brno Trade Fair grounds at the end of February, along with the trade fair for furniture and interior design MOBITEX.
These exceptional displays of world trends were attended not only by important players in the field, but also by companies focussed on innovation. And it was this innovation that attracted tens of thousands of visitors here.
One of the long-awaited climaxes of the whole trade fair is the gala evening with the awards ceremony for the best exhibits, the so-called Golden Medals. And this was where the company Czech Energy Team received their award for their glass roof tile with integrated photo-voltaic elements - the Hanergy HanTile.
The award was presented to the company’s chief executive, Mr Vlastimil Huňka by the head of the awards panel and also the managing director of Veletrhy Brno.
The HanTile is made up of 5 parts and can be described simply as glass roofing with an integrated photovoltaic element. The tile replaces the conventional roofing and produces electricity. With the rest of the roofing it forms a compact roof and preserves it typical character.
Interview: Ing. Vlastimil Huňka - Chief Executive, Czech Energy Team s.r.o.
The company Czech Energy Team is focussed on photovoltaics and has been on the market for 4 years.
Since no-one was able to offer photovoltaic roof tiles, we started to work with the largest producer of thin-layered photovoltaic panels in the world – the company Hanergy. The company produces the HanTile photovoltaic roof tile, which we introduced on the Czech and Slovak markets last year and for which we have exclusive representation. Yesterday, we got an honorary award for the product.
The photovoltaic roof tile is a combination of a tile and conventional photovoltaics. People are used to putting their photovoltaic power station on their conventional roof, thus covering it. The Hanergy photovoltaic roof tile combines a roof tile with photovoltaics and by generating electricity is the only roof tile that pays you.
The Hanergy roof tile is made from strengthening glass, under which there is a thin-layer photovoltaic element. The panel is 50 by 70 centimetres and has an output of 30 watts. Which means if we put three tiles on one square meter, we can produce an output of roughly 100 watts.
We say that this is a priceless roof tile since it pays for itself on the roof. We have calculated the return on investment in the tile should be somewhere between 10 and 12 years. After that, you can produce clean electricity without any further investment.
The producer gives a lifetime guarantee for the roof tile, making it fully exchangeable, one tile for another.
We started working with Jakub Kohák in February, who has become the Czech Energy Team ambassador. We have here an advertisement in the April issue of Playboy in its special Playboy Week edition.
