Justin Fox demonstrates the dynamics and versatility of Mojotone's '59 Clone Humbucker Pickups. The '59 Clones were wound to be very clear and warm with lots of single note articulation. The upper frequency range has exceptional bloom and lots of airy tone with their un-potted coils.

In the video, Justin shows off the neck, middle, and bridge positions twice; once through a Mojotone Blackout British Amplifier with light overdrive, and again through a Mojotone P-reverb Amp Kit with clean tone.

I have this set along with Mojotone's vintage wiring harness in my 2016 Traditional, it brought it to life. Thank you Mojotone!

3:06 from whom is this in origin? I like this song, know it from my father, but no more chance to ask him…

The clarity on these is outstanding. You've gotta have the right amp though to get that LP grawl out of them. I just put a set in my LP. A Marshall Head is almost mandatory for these low output pickups. A Solid State amp won't do these justice.

I bet these would sound great in my '61 reissue SG!

I had a set of the low wind 59 Clones installed in my Eastman SB59 this week and they seem extremely hot. I have to keep the volume around 5 or 6 for a good clean sound. I don’t know what they measure, but does this sound normal? I have a set of regular output 59 Clones in a Gibson LP and they seem to have lower output than the low wind ones.

Which version has richer high end, the normal or the low output? I am looking for a vintage, but bright tone as well.
Thank you!

What kind of pickup is the closest to the Gibson es335 used in music such as the band "Lifehouse"? I know the question is really specific but maybe someone knows the answer, the internet is a lovely place. Looking to upgrade some Epiphone es335 pups.

How would you compare these to classic 57 plus?
