Am really into mysteries. Right now, I am currently watching the original Hardy Boys from 1977. I love adding aromatherapy and essential oils to my Self-Care night and also something to nourish my soul. I love reading a good devotional and studying a certain passage in my Bible, and I have been in counseling and therapy for quite a few years now. I have anxiety, too, and am living with Down Syndrome as well it's been a wonderful outlet to explore and express myself without judgment. Thank you for sharing your Self-Care routine with us 🙏 ❤️
