🌼 Hoya Decipulae | Care Tip | HOYA BLOOM | Peduncle growth | Shape | Flower duration | Scent

Hoya bloom has always been the main reason why I am so drawn to Hoyas. When I started my Hoya journey, I tried to look for more "day-by-day" recordings on how Hoya flowers are formed, how long does it take to grow peduncles, how does peduncle look like.

Now that I am blessed enough to witness the precious moments of Hoya blooming, I would like to start a new series of #HoyaBloom in my channel. In this series, I will record the Hoya flowering journey, from peduncle formation, all the way to the end of flowering. I will mainly go through the documentary of the flowering process instead of diving deep on the care tips.

Please also lemme know what you'd like me to add in the upcoming Hoya Bloom series. Hence, I can try to incorporate them in my new videos.

Thank you! I just received one myself last week, and I love her! She is my only thin leaved hoya, and I have noticed how much thirstier she is. There doesn't seem to be as much info about this variety? Super video! 🙂

I’m rooting one right now and it’s not looking too good. All leaves are turning yellow but the stem itself looks ok. Do you have any rooting tips you can share?

Hi Fonnie, could you share a bit more information about how you are rooting it from a stem? The leaves of mine also fell off and i dont know what to do..🫠

I just imported a few from overseas. They were rooted from mature stem, had a pretty week root system and the packing was completely dry. I hope the bounce back but it’s not looking good. I may be able cut a few good nodes to try and root if it doesn’t improve.

care tips is incomplete without you mentioning what you feed your hoyas. i know you are using LGL. but i would appreciate if you at least mention if you do or you dont feed a certain hoya for this kind of video.
