Here it is Part One of the new Parkzone RAF SE-5a, review/build Parkzones first venture into WW1 planes and what a beauty this model is. it came well packed and the detail thats gone into this plane hits you as soon as you open the box. It's gonna take you a little longer to put together than the normal PZ plane, make sure you read and follow the instructions, theres a lot fo screws, your need to make sure you use the right ones for each section. It all goes together easy though. well enough from me on with the review/build

What I like in your videos is that you choose really beautiful airplanes indeed and you show them very well. I feel like opening the box myself! (saves me $300 too LOL). So thanks man!

PS: Damn, I always thought that RAF means Royal Air Force !

James McCudden died in france sometime after writing in his log first week July 1918 about receiving his V.C. on April 6th 1918 from the King, he wrote "my heart is in France amongst the gallant boys who are daily dying" three days after writing these words he was appointed command of squadron No. 60 he returned to France safely in his SE5a, on continuing his journey he took off and the engine failed, he tried to save his plane and faulted side slipped into the ground, he lie amongst those who died in the King's Service.

Great review! But McCudden actually did not live to tell the story. He was killed on 09 July 1918 at Auxi-le-Château. He was on his way back from England to his squadron and landed on another R.F.C. aerodrome. When he took of again to fly the last strech his S.E.5a stalled and crashed to the ground killing him. He's buried at the Wavans British Cemetery, Pas de Calais, France.

Chuck, great instruction video. Music was a little loud and annoying after a few minutes. But, overall...my r/c students and I love your videos. Visit us and our Christian outreach. Keep the videos coming. It helps teaching my students. God bless you and Corrine.
