Honestly I love how Demeter is not villainized in this, as we instead often see in popular media.
The myth of Persephone wasn't only to explain the changing of the seasons, but it was also about the grief of mothers having to let their child go, let their child be themselves as a separate entity from them. It was about the grief of mothers losing their daughters to marriage or probably even death. In acient Greece when a young unmarried girl (kore) died, she was buried as a bride and I think this is probably correlated to this myth.
Anyway, I enjoyed this very much. Good job Casper and all the people involved in this project <3
