These rikshaw waala are pathetic. They don't use meter for charging their customers. Neglect each and every traffic rule which has been ever made. And make sure you are frustrated whenever you meet them. They change lanes and stop without any proper signalling, and they won't even let you overtake at times. I don't know why they do it, is it some kind of tradition or you get paid extra for that?
