The third Conductors' Academy under the musical direction of Paavo Järvi takes place from 16 to 18 November 2022. The four course blocks and the closing concert will be livestreamed here. At the end, the audience will have the opportunity to vote for the winner.

Herr Järvi zeigt sich hier als begnadeter Pädagoge. Einer der besten Dirigier-Meisterklassen, die es hier auf YouTube zu sehen gibt, neben denen von Herrn Gatti.

I try to imagine the feelings of these students in front of this great orchestra and amazing sounds... Their faces show them. I feel emotioned too. Very powerful but fluid timpani sounds! They remind me of Mr. Rainer Seegers.

I love the type of gestures Eleni naturally does and how she holds the baton. But she must stop singing only the melody in her head ; doing so, she can't hear/listen to the rest of the orchestra.

Sembra che tutto si risolva nel modo di impugnare ls bacchetta! E poi non e' detto che il maestrobsia meglip dell'allievo. L'insegnante non e' muti! Tanto per dire! Ne karajan o bernstein!
