wont that wood around the pipe where it goes thro the ceiling catch fire?

I notice you installed the pipe make ends pointing up. Are you not worried about creosote dripping out of the female seams?

Any suggestions if my chimney pipe cant be accessed due to a brick facade? I need to replace my pipe.
