Turkish Style Muhallebi with Kataifi🤍 | Eat and Shine ☀️

A recipe that can be the favorite of those who are looking for light and milky desserts; Magnolia pudding meets crunchy Kataifi 🤍

Ingredients:
200 grams kataifi
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup crushed hazelnuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
500 ml milk
75 grams sugar
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 pack heavy cream
2 teaspoons vanilla powder

Steps:
Add milk, sugar, egg yolk and cornstarch to a saucepan.
Add vanilla and cook on low heat.
Transfer to a bowl & let cool.
Melt butter & add kataifi.
Add chopped hazelnuts, cinnamon and saute for 3 minutes.
Add sugar and saute again.
Whisk heavy cream until thickened.
Fold in.
Add roasted kataifi to a cup.
Add pudding.
Top with kataifi and serve.
